If we find that your machine is in need of workshop attention, while under the manfactures guarantee our free collection - repair and return facility will be quickly arranged. Please retain the original packing materials - just in case your machine has to be returned to us. However if the fault is due to misuse or neglect then a charge will be applied to rectify the problem including delivery. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
