Delivery Policy Our standard UK mainland delivery service is absolutely FREE. It is our policy that we will endeavour to despatch our orders as quickly as possible. * For any deliveries other than UK mainland please email us or call us for a postal quote for your country before placing an order. All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the goods once delivered. Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when Sew Devine has been fully paid. We make every effort to comply with individual delivery arrangements but we cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control. If we cannot deliver goods to you at the specified address for any reason we will notify you. *Sew Devine will not be held liable for delays in any delivery caused by a third party. Back Order In the rare event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you by telephone and / or email to explain when delivery is to be expected. It will be despatched as soon as possible Returns Policy Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, if you’ve received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, subject to the following conditions: The item(s) is in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you. You inform us of your desire to cancel within seven working days of receipt of the product(s). You pay the return delivery charges. Goods are returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days. Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging. Software ordered can be refunded as long as the product has not been unboxed & in original seal. If goods are refused by us, because the above criteria are not met, we’ll return them to the customer and also charge the customer’s credit card for the value of the carriage.
